Boricubos PF1 FINAL version review complete, PF2 FINAL version off to layout

Hi all,

Just a quick update to let you know that layout is complete on the Pathfinder RPG version of Boricubos: The Lost Isles, clocking in at a final page count of 156. I've finished my review on the new sections for format corrections. Once that gets sent back I'll post up the PDF and submit for print approvals and start getting those books moving.

Assembly of the Pathfinder Second Edition version is complete as well and that file is now with layout and should be ready for review shortly. It should be ready in the next couple of days. On to the 5E version next! 

New Bookmarked version of Latin American Monsters 5E

Hi all,

We had some issues with the bookmarks in Latin American Monsters 5E, so we sent the file back to layout and looks like it should be good to go now. You can re-download that version from DrivethruRPG or from Backerkit. Let us know if you still see any issues.

In addition, if you've got the Pathfinder RPG or Pathfinder Second Edition version of Latin American Monsters, let us know if you see any problems with those so we can apply the needed fix.

Meanwhile, we're assembling the 5E and Pathfinder 2E versions of Boricubos this weekend so we should be ready to roll those into layout as soon as the Pathfinder RPG version of the final book is done!

Hi all,

We are delighted to announce that the complete final version of Boricubos: The Lost Isles is now off in the hands of layout for Pathfinder RPG! The last month-plus has been a mad dash of packing and shipping to get all of our previous Kickstarters this year packed up and shipped out to backers. With a few exceptions, those are now out the door and on their way, and we finally were able to turn back and focus on assembling all the pieces for Boricubos and giving them a final spit and polish, but the first of the three Boricubos book final versions is now in the pipeline for you! 

• The Pathfinder Second Edition version should be over to layout by the end of the week! Once these versions are up and approved for print, we'll start sending them out to backers who are getting Pathfinder books only. 
• The 5E edition will be heading over to layout after those two, while they are cycling through print approvals and then to our overseas printer. 
• Speaking of the 5E edition, while our Boricubos layout guy is working on this side of the project, our second layout person who did Latin American Monsters is taking over the deluxe hardcover omnibus edition of the two books together. He's already begun assembly work on combining the two books into a single harmonious whole.

Thanks for your incredible support and your patience while we juggled physical fulfillment on those other projects with getting the back end work finished on this new project. Things are continuing to move right along and we're excited to get these books into your hands ASAP! 

Latin American Monsters VTT Token Pack is up! Roll20 module complete! And final day of Mother of Monsters!

Hi all, time for updates!!!

As we noted in our last update, much of November has been packing and shipping the rewards for the Mythos Monsters, Sea Monsters, Asian Monsters, and Battlemasters & Berserkers Kickstarters - over 6 TONS of books! We've been working on the final versions of the Boricubos books during this time, and as we get close to finishing shipment of those packages, we'll be able to tighten our focus, but here are the latest updates!

• The Latin American Monsters VTT Token Pack is up in Backerkit as a ZIP file for you to download if you pledged for that token pack on its own or as any of the VTT Add-On modules. Head to your Backerkit and download away! 
• The Latin American Monsters VTT Module for Roll20 is complete! We've contacted backers where we had some ambiguity about which VTT versions they were getting but once we compile the full list, we'll be sending that over to Roll20 to get the activation codes, and those should be ready to send out next week! Work continues on the Fantasy Grounds and Shard VTT modules, and we'll update you on those ASAP.
• The first shipments have been ordered for the PF1 and PF2 versions of Latin American Monsters, for backers who are receiving only those books! The printer reports that shipments are being delayed 2-3 weeks due to production/labor/supply chain issues on top of the usual holiday crunch, but they are slowly but surely cranking their way through the system and ready to start shipping as soon as they are ready at the printer! 
• All of the iconic characters and stat blocks are complete for the PF1 and PF2 Boricubos books, and the first batch of 5E iconic stat blocks came back as well and I should have the rest of them by the beginning of next week. Those were the last remaining pieces for final assembly of those books, and they'll be heading to layout next week to get those appendices added and the final versions of those books put together for you! 
•  Boricubos lead designer Miguel Colon also assembled a pronunciation guide for that book, which should make an excellent companion for the one in Latin American Monsters! 

Last but not least, today is the FINAL DAY of the Mother of Monsters Quickstarter, with 200 pages of epic adventure and amazing character options and lore inspired by the myths and legends of Ancient Greece! We hope you'll check it out and spread the word to friends and fellow 5E fans! 

Latin American Monsters PF1 and PF2 print ready to go! Time to start locking addresses!

Hi all,

Thanks as always for your amazing support of this project! Our print versions of Latin American Monsters for PF1 and PF2 have cleared processing at the printer and those books are ready to start sending. As noted in the Kickstarter, we'll start sending out books as they are ready, for backers who have their complete packages ready to go. For right now, that means that backers getting ONLY the PF1 and/or PF2 Latin American Monsters books (plus any other books that are already completed) will start shipping. For backers who are getting those plus the Boricubos: The Lost Isles books, your books will ship once the Boricubos books for your chosen system(s) are ready. 

• We are doing a full print run of Latin American Monsters 5E, so those files are being sent to our overseas printer and that process is underway. Those books--including any project packages that include them--will be sent out when they arrive. 
• We have sent out the Lock Addresses message to all backers, which means you'll have 48 hours to verify your address is correct, after which addresses cannot be changed. That said, if you're getting the 5E books or shipments at a later date and you end up moving sometime in the next few months, just let us know via Kickstarter messenger and we can manually change your address in Backerkit.
• Almost all of the iconic characters have been completed, which was the last major chunk waiting on the Boricubos books, so I hope to get those over to layout for completion by the end of the month. 
• EDIT: VTT tokens are in process and should be ready by the end of the month as well. The full VTT modules are taking longer but the tokens at least should be ready soon. 
• A lot of October & November has been soaked up with Kickstarter fulfillment on our prior projects, and so far we've gotten something close to 1,400 packages already up and out the door to our backers, with more heading to the post office several times a week! We should have those shipments finished up by the end of the month too. 

Last but not least, this month we launched our Mother of Monsters 5E Kickstarter, featuring 200 pages of epic adventure, character options, and campaign setting inspired by the myths and legends of ancient Greece! This incredible adventure spans the Kagari Islands, warring city-states plagued by rampaging monsters and sinister cults. Each island holds breathtaking beauty but hides terrible secrets within dark tombs and forbidding caves. Like all our Quick-Starters, this exciting project is ready for immediate PDF fulfillment when the campaign ends on November 24th, with the printing and shipping process ready to go. We hope you'll check it out and spread the word to any 5E fans in your gaming circles. 

PS - The creative team on this one was 5E focused so alas, no Pathfinder version is available... yet. We'll see how far it goes and whether we can put it on the calendar for next year!
